This Refund Policy explains how refunds apply to credit packs purchased on Seedance2Prompt and how failed AI video generations are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe. Unless required by applicable law, completed credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with your receipt and account email.
Stripe payment disputes are handled according to Stripe and card network rules; we may suspend account access while a dispute is investigated.
When a generation fails at the API level or times out after the maximum client polling window (12 minutes), we attempt to finalize the job and automatically refund credits that were deducted, provided a refund has not already been issued for that job.
Refunds are applied to your credit balance, not to your original payment method.
If you refresh or close the browser while a job is still processing, client-side polling stops. The job may remain in a processing state and credits may not be refunded automatically. We do not generally issue discretionary refunds for user-caused interruptions. Keep the Generate page open until the video completes or fails.
We recommend downloading completed videos from My Generations within 30 days. If a file is no longer available for download, we do not refund credits for past successful generations.
